This July Southern Kern Unified School District will be implementing a new program called Data Confirmation. In efforts to reduce paper and make reregistration a more efficient process, each summer you will be asked to review and update your student's demographic and contact data online.
To complete this process you will need to have an account with our Aeries Parent Portal. If you currently have an active parent portal account please disregard this letter and keep an eye out for more information on the Data Confirmation process closer to the end of the school year. If you do not have an account please see the steps below to set up your account.
If you have an e-mail address on file with the school sites you will receive an email on Friday January 27, 2017. Please use the login information in this email to set up your account.
If you do not have an email address on file please contact the individual school sites to provide them with an email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to set up your Parent Portal account.
If you do not have internet access please feel free to contact the District office at (661) 256-5000 Ext 1150 to set up an appointment to use our computers to create your portal account. These computers will also be available for your use during the summer, the dates and times of the availability will be determined closer to July.
